The address, and the unit if the problem shows inside one. If a board, a lender or an insurer needs the paperwork, say which, and by when.
What the form is for
A re-roof, a condition report for the board, a certification for a sale, or a repair that can wait for the visit. One line about the building will do.
If you rent
Tell your landlord or your manager what you have seen and where. They can call us with the address and the unit, and the repair goes into the building's file.
Where we work
Los Angeles County: courtyard blocks and walk-ups, 1920s four-plexes, postwar duplexes and ranch tracts, and hillside houses. If an address is outside the county, we say so on the phone.
